The evening will consist of:
Drinks reception with canapés
A three course dinner
Starter: smoked mackerel & Arbroath smokie rillettes, ruby beetroot, horseradish cream
Main: roast breast of Guinea fowl, celeriac & potato galette, buttered cabbage, lavender honey
Dessert: Apple tarte tatin, crème anglaise
Wine – ½ bottle per person included
Tea and Coffee
A vegetarian menu or special diet can be requested
A few speeches

Carriages at midnight
The price for the evening will be of £62 per person; guests and plus ones are welcome and encouraged.
